I can suggest a great plugin found I had recently found. Ih has a FAQ voting and FAQ rating system, what makes easy for the owner to monitor FAQs performance and accordingly adjust and edit texts and other content if needed. A great tool

However, the main question I am trying to find an answer to is: How does Google treat FAQ plugins versus plain FAQ pages? Does using an FAQ plugin improve or diminish a web site’s SEO compared to just using a single long running page of text with the questions and answers formatted using bullets for example? Thanks!

Excellent list but I am looking for a FAQ that will work with a WP support ticket system. Customer submits a question and it generates a ticket which once resolved is uploaded to the FAQ with the answer.
