  1. Collecting customer Feedbacks can really help business to know if their products or marketing campaigns are successful, I didn’t know that there is a plugins for feedbacks as well. Thanks for sharing about these plugins.

  2. To increase the feedback quality from your users, you have to ask them the right message at the right time. It’s annoying to show pop-ups or notifications because it disturbs the user journey.

    A better alternative is to ask for feedback when your users encounter issues on your website.
