Does anyone answer support questions for FSQM Pro? Certainly not answering mine.

Gravity Forms also has a Survey Add-On which I’ve reviewed at http://catalystdesigns.co.uk/gravity-forms-survey-add-on/ and also seems to work pretty well

After a few months of using WFSQP Pro, I am very happy with my purchase.

I have used this plugin to create language tests, course booking forms and basic contact form. It makes it very well, support is active.

WP Feedback, Survey & Quiz Manager – Pro is a very good plugin, no contest. But it is complex, and if you want support, FORGET IT. No response to questions (or at least MY question, and a lot of others I can see). All support via a forum and it’s pick and choose by the developer. Very disappointed!

      Hello Alan.
Were you ever able to get any support from FSQM?
I’m interested in the plugin, but I have some questions?
How did it work for you?

True that support is not very active. This being said, all depends on what you plan to do with this plugin. What is important to consider is that forms take some time to load depending on the number of questions. So to generate contacts, it could be difficult somewhat. On the other hand I use it for a language test and it works fine because I consider that a user can take a little time to wait the form to be loaded.

Another important point to take in account is your server php memory limit. If you have some complex works to do, just ensure it could be set until 256Mo/512Mo. Because if not possible, you won’t be able ot add any more fields to your forms.

A very good feature is the conditional logic: it’s possible to customize fields depending on the user’s behavior.

I am looking for a survey plugin for my WP site that will sort results based on the user response, and deliver those individual results (which do not include the raw data, rather my written meaning of those results) directly to the user. Can anyone help me determine which product to use? I am not very technical and this is all a bit complex for me and none of these companies make it easy to ask. Any help is appreciated!
