The eagerly awaited PageLines Design Management System (DMS) was released in late July, and it’s already creating quite a storm on the CMS and WordPress scenes, thanks in part to its impressive ambitions.
The tool turns your browser window into a drag and drop editor that allows you to make changes to the appearance of your pages, as well as adding your own modules, without editing any code. All the editing is done inline, so any changes you make are displayed right away in the same browser window. Hitting the publish button makes those changes go live and visible to your sites visitors.
After watching the compelling sales video and the impressive walkthrough video, I couldn’t wait to install this framework and begin dragging and dropping elements around the page to begin building the “website of my dreams”.
