WPMU DEV has come a long way since since its start as a Multisite resource site back when Multisite was even called Multiuser!
These days the site is largest WordPress premium plugin and support provider on the web, with in excess of 140 plugins, over 300,000 members and a staff of 50 people.

Both are essential readers for all plugin developers. The first post drew a huge number of comments, many of which are also very eye-opening.
