WooCommerce has hit the 100,000 download mark, an impressive feat for a plugin which is just 6 months old. It’s a testament to the strength of the WooThemes brand and the capabilities of the plugin itself.

It’s been only 6 months since the initial release of WooCommerce and we are truly amazed at what it has become in such a short time period. We’ve released18 WooCommerce WordPress themes (including 10 child themes), and a massive 86 extensions further empowering your WooCommerce experience with payment, shipping, marketing, and import/export facilities. 

For a core team of 2 we are extremely proud and continually amazed what Mike and Jay have achieved with WooCommerce. We’ve recently employed further development and support staff to help build the platform bigger and better – that with the help of our growing list of active contributors to the codebase.WooThemes is now a team of 23 spanning the globe.
